Description

Fitzroy & Finn have worked with Simon Hopkins from Turner,Hopkins. over the years in many guises; firstly at BBC Music then at Somethin' Else Productions and then with Unthinkable Consulting. Simon Hopkins has joined forces with Sarah Turner to form Turner,Hopkins. a new Digital Strategies agency. 

They invited us to design their brand identity, we began to explore strategy as a means of punctuation. Punctuation is used within sentences to clarify meaning, very much in the same way that Turner, Hopkins. approach digital strategy; to clarify or articulate meaning within an organisation or company. This idea framed our approach and we began to write prompting strategies which we mapped onto punctuation marks, very much in ode to Brian Eno and Peter Schmidt's Oblique Strategies…
